VIEW ITINERARY

June 30, 2025 — DAY 1

  • Check into your stay & settle in! Grab some rest and relaxation (or grab a fishing pole) because we will be hosting a friendly tournament on the first day!

  • The tournament will be a Deep Dropping Tournament. See below on how to enter.

  • Prizes and more information TBD.

  • Weigh in for both tournaments will be at 4:00 PM at Sea Spray Marina.

July 1, 2025 — DAY 2

  • Use the day to explore the island, fish, or just spend some time on your Freeman! Be on the lookout for your official Freeman Boatworks Bahamian Rendezvous merch bag, as they will be delivered in the AM.

  • The official kick-off party will be at 5 PM at Sea Spray Marina.

July 2, 2025 — DAY 3

  • Join us for DAY TWO at Thirsty Cuda! Come by boat or golf cart (please note, there will be limited boat space. We recommend boat-pooling!)  The location for this is at beautiful Tahiti Beach. This is optional, as it is not a sponsored Freeman event. But we hope to see you there!

  • Another option is Cheeseburger in Paradise.

  • After a day in the sun, join us for an evening of fun at Hopetown Inn & Marina at 6:30 PM.

    • Best mode of transportation: Hop in your golf cart and drive to the Lodge Dock or Post Office Dock and catch the ferry starting at 6:15 PM.

July 3, 2025 — DAY 4

  • In an effort to allow everyone to visit our favorite places on the islands, we wanted to offer an optional ‘Freeman Run’ for anyone wanting to participate.

  • We have six places listed here (Big O’s, Pete’s Pub, Nunjacks, Grabbers, Nippers, Treasure Sands) with a final destination of Sea Spray.

  • Each of these locations will have specific tasks to complete (TBD) which you will submit at Sea Spray for a grand prize!

  • We’ve packed a lot in here, so we wanted to give everyone a day to do some exploring of their own. The Freeman Run is not mandatory, and we encourage everyone to do as they please. It is vacation after all!

  • A list of awesome recommendations will be available in your rooms for additional activities.

  • PRO TIP: If you are interested in eating at any of the following restaurants during your free day, reservations are required: Firefly Resort, Abaco Inn, and Hopetown Inn & Marina.

July 4, 2025 🇺🇸 — DAY 5

  • All good things must come to an end, but that doesn’t mean we can’t end with a bang!

  • After departing Elbow Cay at 10:30 AM, we will arrive at Bahama Beach Club for a private beach party. There will be lots of fun activities on the beach… don’t forget to bring your sunscreen! 

  • The end-of-night party will begin at 7 PM… with fireworks, festivities, and more. This will be the final evening of the Freeman Boatworks Bahamian Rendezvous.

CROSSING DETAILS

As stated, each vessel is responsible for crossing safely and their own dockage while at the Freeman Boatworks Bahamian Rendezvous.

If you require assistance for trailer storage back in the states, please contact Albert Miller with Cat 5 Boatworks based in Florida.

ADDITIONAL TICKET PURCHASES

There aren’t any restrictions on how many people you can bring, but each person does require a ticket!

With the purchase of an additional ticket, one (1) guest will receive a food/drink wristband and exclusive Freeman Boatworks Bahamian Rendezvous merchandise.

FREEMAN BOATWORKS WRIST BANDS

Wristbands for the event not only give you a brand new bracelet, but also access to any food/drinks provided! Without the Freeman Boatworks wristband, you will not be allowed to receive any food or drink at our sponsored events.

There will be 6 allocated in your bags upon delivery, or more based off ticket purchases.

We know things happen, so if you do misplace your wristband please reach out to Faith or Maddie to receive a new one.
